Q. Can I buy a longer cable (from doorbell to main unit)?

We do not recommend using an aftermarket cable. Please place the doorbell within reach of the cable that came in packaging.

Q. Where do I buy a Electronic Unlocking Mechanism

There is a range of suitable locks that can be purchased from most electronic, hardware or online retailers. Please note the mechanism must be a "Fail Safe System" (if power fails, door stays locked) and 12V activation.
