What is the password for my DVR?

When accessing the DVR's Main Menu it will prompt you to enter in your login details.

As a standard the DVR will have no password set on the system:

Username: admin

Password:

NOTE: The username and password are case sensitive, and admin will be all lower case.

If the details above, do not allow you to login to the DVR then please email help@cocoonproducts.com.au with the following information for our support team to supply you with a master password to reset your system.

• Model number of your DVR - this generally begins with the letters HE, IT or DVR.
• A clear image of the rating label off the base of the DVR.
• A copy of your proof of purchase if you have it on file.
• Image of the error message on the screen when you are trying to login.
