I can’t get the Red LED to blink rapidly for set up |
Ensure that the Doorbell is powered up and short press the Doorbell button once, quickly followed by a long press of the reset button on the back of the Doorbell. When done correctly, the indicator light will flash red. This prepares the Doorbell for pairing mode. |
The Doorbell’s local / remote Chime does not work |
Check that the Doorbell has power. Recharge your batteries via Micro USB power |
How do I know my doorbell is charging? | Check the app on the live page, there will be a battery icon displayed |
Why are the speaker and microphone not working? |
Check the app settings to make sure they are not disabled |
Where can I place my doorbell? | Position your doorbell in a well-lit area out of direct weather conditions and approximately 145cm from the ground* Please note: This Doorbell is not weather resistant |
