|Go to the Me Icon located on the bottom right hand side of the app. Select 'Settings' and turn on push notifications
I can’t get the Red LED to blink rapidly for set
|Ensure that the Doorbell is powered up and short press the Doorbell button once, quickly followed by a long press of the reset button on
the back of the Doorbell. When done correctly, the indicator light will flash red. This prepares the Doorbell for pairing mode.
The Doorbell’s local / remote Chime does not
|Check that the Doorbell has power. Recharge your batteries via Micro USB power
|How do I know my doorbell is charging?
|Check the app on the live page, there will be a battery icon displayed
Why are the speaker and microphone not
|Check the app settings to make sure they are not disabled
