Ensure that the Smart LED Light Bulb is powered up. The Smart LED Light Bulb will need to be switched on then off 5 times to enter pairing mode. Reset the Smart LED Light Bulb by following this process. Turn the lamp off for one second, on for one second, off for one second, on for one second. When powered back on wait for 2 seconds, it should be in pairing mode |
My Smart LED Light Bulb does not load on my app |
Check that your internet router is on and reset if needed. Please see the troubleshooting section for when the connection process does not work |
What if my router is not 2.4GHz? | Wi-Fi routers operate in two bands, 2.4GHz and 5GHz. Some routers operate on both bands simultaneously. The Cocoon Connect Smart LED Light Bulb can only operate on the 2.4GHz frequency |
