If you cant remember the password to your Cocoon HD account, then don't fear!
You can simply change the password through the application.
1. Open the application and select 'Forgot password?'
2. Enter the email address you created the account under, then select 'Get Code'
Please note: If you do not remember the email you created the account under, you will have to create a new account.
Account username details can not be changed
3. Wait unless the verification code has come through to your email or phone and enter the code in the application.
Please note: If the verification code didn't come through, please check that your email is entered correctly and try again.
We also suggest checking that the email hasn't gone into your spam folder.
4. Enter the new password in 'Enter Password' and 'Confirm Password', then select 'Retrieve password via email'
