If you cant remember the password to your Cocoon DVR account, then don't fear!
You can simply change the password through the application.
1. Open the application and select 'Retrieve password'
2. Enter the email address you created the account under, then select 'Retrieve'
Please note: If you do not remember the email you created the account under, you will have to create a new account.
Account username details can not be changed
3. From the previous step you will receive an email, please select 'Reset Password' in this email.
4. Enter the new password in 'New Password' and 'Confirm Password', then select 'Save'
