If you can not remember the password to your Cocoon Connect account, then don't fear!
You can simply change the password through the application.
1. Open the application and select 'Log in'
2. Select 'Forgot Password'
3. Enter the email or mobile number you created the account under.
Please note: If you do not remember the email or mobile number you created the account under, you will have to create a new account.
Account username details can not be changed
4. Wait for the verification code to be sent to your email or phone and then enter the code in the application.
Please note: If the verification code didn't come through, please check that the details you have entered are correct and try again.
We also suggest checking that the email hasn't gone into your spam folder.
5. Change your password.
